This is a common error message in ARK, don't panic, it simply means that the text fragment for this part of the ARK is not available in either the default or your chosen language.
Often you can make an educated guess at what it might be from the internal nickname the text has, which is also displayed in the error message.
If you have admin privileges you can add the missing markup in the 'Markup tab' see Markup Administration for help with that.
